Discrimination can be defined as treating the great unwashed differently, negatively or adversely without having a good reason. It is an act making distinction in favor of or against a person base on their group, class or category. There argon four study types of disparity which are sexual activity distinction, racial and ethnic discrimination, age discrimination and disability discrimination.The first type of discrimination is gender discrimination. Gender discrimination involves treating someone unfavourably because of the persons particular gender. There are three categories of gender which are female, male and transgender. A bad give of discriminating against female can be seen in most development countries. In almost all parts of the world, men are more than plausibly to have a paid job.
